🔰What is the Agniveer Scheme?
The Agniveer Scheme is a recruitment program launched by the Indian Armed Forces (Army ,Navy, and Air forces).it allows young candidates to serve in the militery for a period of 4 years.
THE main objectives of this scheme are:-
- To create a young and dynamic armed forces
- To provides disciplined and skilled manpower
- To offer an opportunity to serve the nation
After completing 4 years, only 25% of candidates are selected for permanent service, based on performance and merit.


💰 Agniveer Salary Structure (YEAR-WISE)
Agniveer receives a fixed salary along with certain allowances.

A portion of the salary is deducted and contributed to the Seva Nidhi Fund, which is returned after completion of sevice.
What Happens After 4 Years?
